I am trying to understand how diferrent size powders affect the relationships of powder feed rates and barrel lentghs.as well as carrier flow rates. I.E. If you switch from a course powder to a fine powder what changes would need to be made, lower carrier flow? Slower feed rate? I am new to this so I really could use some advice. I am using a JP 5000 and trying different powders that meet the specs required so spray parameters are trial and error. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you, Jim M
