Hello all
i am a student in a engineering company.
I got a problem and wonder if anyone can help
I am doing a project on Ultra High Purity products and need to design a way to remove metal particles left after cutting of the stainless steel tubing. I cannot to seem to think of any way other then direct purging and electrostatic removal to prevent contaminations.
I was wondering if anyone can give any comments or other suggestion.
Also if anyone could enlighten me on whether using electrostatics might work. becos i was wondering if i can charge the tubes so that the particles will also be charge and repel from the tubes and can be collected using oppositely charged plates. However I am not sure of the working principle and need help cos i might have to build it.
Thanx alot
