Question Mg, Si, graphite based abradable coatings
Respected members

hopefully all of you will be well and njoying your research work.
here i need your suggestions and opinion about the availability of Mg, Si and grahite based abradable coating powder and the options for applying this powder that may or may not be thermal spraying technique.
if somebody has gone through Mq, Si and graphite based abradable coatings ,please share.

Dear Wasif,

Not aware of any magnesium based abradable powders, but suspect they would be risky from a handling, transportation and processing point of view Mad0233
