Difference between the 3MB and 3MB-II?
Is the main difference between the two just that the 3MB-II is slightly larger and the nozzles has a two piece water jacket design?
3MB parts will not work on a 3MB-II, correct? Any other differences? Thanks |

RE: Difference between the 3MB and 3MB-II?
Hi there,
Our guys have made a 3MB/3MB-II hybrid!!! not too happy about it but the thing seems to work. I think the electrodes are different lenghts on the 2 guns. It will mess with all your setting though ![]() Jim |

RE: Difference between the 3MB and 3MB-II?
.... We have just bought a new 3MB! You can use the front of a 3MB with the rear assy of a 3MB-II. It doesn't behave like a standard gun but it does work and can produce decent coatings. We have sprayed Metco 450/54/718/101 which have passed met and tensile bond strength test.
