hello everybody

two questions
first . can you give me how many kilos of zn/al per square meter for a tickness of 250 ??
second. how many hours work a nozzle before to change (average)?

Hi thierry

1.725 kg per square metre at 250 micrometres thick. Based on Metco technical bulletin for Metco Zinc-Al 85/15 alloy wire and 10E gun (wire req'd per unit of coating 0.0069 kg/cubic centimetre).

Sorry, I don't know answer to second question.
