low conductive or high resistance coating

Is there a thermal spray material that can be applied to a molded epoxy part that will provide a high electrical resistance coating. I am looking for something in the 100,000 ohm-cm to 1,000,000 ohm-cm. In other words the material would be just very slightly conductive.

It may be possible to apply an oxide ceramic coating, though this will not be as simple or straight forward as applying ceramic to a metal substrate.

The only info I have on thermal spray alumina ceramics is the dielectric strength. Depending on the grade and application parameters range from 50 - 700 Volts per 0.001" thickness of coating (normally sealed).

I have used aluminum oxide powder(metco 101b-ns) on plyer tips. This was for a customer that wanted a non or low conductive coating on steel. As for spraying on epoxy, I cannot be much help there.
