looking for advice

I am new to this site and i'm not an engineer of any type. I'm looking for help and advice, i am wanting a mould made to make fishing lures and dont know which engineering firms to ask. The mould must withstand the heat of molten lead,zinc,tin and hopefully should be able to cast 8-10 casts at a time.
