Wire Flame spray and Twin Arc spraying
Hi
Can the experts tell me whether it's possible to lay the bond of Metco 405-1using the METCO type 4E gun combustion wire flame spray then put the top coat of 13%Cr using the twin arc spraying. Please assist | |||

the best solution and more economic, is to use Nickel/5% alluminum with arc spray system (about 68 MPa), bond strenght is higher, than 405 Flame sprayed (about 45 MPa), and then spray 13%cr with arc spray too, Ask a welding wire reseller near you for wires. Regards, Luigi Best regards Luigi | |||
