UK thermal spray service required

Hi all,

I'm looking for a thermal spray service based in the UK. I need gas turbine engine (non flight) components spraying with APS and flame coatings, typically Metco 450, 101, 308 etc. The main parts would be seals, cases and spools. I'm not looking to coat blades at this time.
Ideally operating with ISO accreditation you must be flexible and able to offer a good lead time.
I do have some particular requirements, such as coating analysis techniques, process and quality control and I would have to complete a site audit of your facility and quality system.
