Type of this Metco APS system

We Have a Metco APS System with Metco AR2000 Robot
I Want to Know The Type of this APS System. I couldn’t find this model on Metco site. Someone told me that this system belongs to 9M family. Is it Mass Flow? I have attached the Picture of this system.
Please Guide me

This is a fairly old Metco computer aided plasma spraying system (similar to the first Metco EG 88) with Ar2000 robot. The workings are much the same as a 9MC system but with computer control and yes gases are mass flow controlled.

I would contact Sulzer Metco for more detailed information even though this dates back to Perkin Elmer Metco days. Unit is probably 20+ years old, though looks in good condition. It would have been the cream of crop back in those days
