Tips To Use Evernote On An iPad
Hello Community,

The Evernote app has been available for iPhone and iPod Touch since those products came out, and now you can access your account on the iPad, too. Evernote is a repository for all your notes, including Web clippings, photos, personal notes, scanned images and any other electronic information. When you sign up for an Evernote account, you can access your notes through the Web, on your desktop or through the Evernote app.

1. Download the Evernote app from the App Store. Access the App Store through your iPad.
2. Touch the Evernote icon to open the program.
3. Log in to your Evernote account, or start a new one when prompted.
4. Scroll through your notes with the quick scroll bar on the right, or sort using the "Sort by" button in the top-right corner.
5. Change the view to "Notebooks," "Tags" or "Places" to sort and view notes according to those respective groupings.
6. Click the "Search" tab to search for specific words or tags. Click "Save" to save the searches you perform frequently.
7. Rotate the iPad to horizontal view, and you'll get a notes list on the left while individual notes open on the right.
8. Create new notes with the "New Note" button in the bottom left and a keyboard appears so you can type. Alternatively, click the pencil icon in any existing note to open the keyboard window.
9. Tap the photo, tag or microphone icons on the top of the keyboard window to add these elements to your note. Tap "Save" to add the note to your list. Notes are immediately updated and available across all platforms.
