Thermal Spray booth cleaning practices
Please share some of your procedures on thermal spray booth cleaning.
I want to implement a (safe) heavy / thorough cleaning of the booth walls and ceiling.

nobody wants to share?
In one of my booths I created a robot program where the operator attaches a 56" air gun to the robot and runs the program. It does a pretty good job, but i would like to know how others do it. I might post a video of it if i get some other responses.

We use a compressed air nozzle and blow the dust into the exhaust port. The operator, of course, wears a respirator, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

RE: Thermal Spray booth cleaning practices
Spray technicians suit up with fresh air supply hoods and we sweep up the majority which is deposited in a 55 gallon drum. The remainder is vacuumed with a compressed air powered unit.
