TS Powder Blending

Hi Forum,

I want to ask some question about powder homogenization (mixing) operation before thermal spraying.

For today we are mixing the powders manually in its container before put them into the hopper and subsequent spraying.
In order to avoid process fluctuation that can directly be influent by powder homogenization I want to purchase mixing machine with special basket to insert the powder container.
In addition, some specs. require to blend the powder more than 10 minutes.

Can someone please recommend some supplier with "logical" prices or may be some method that you use for this kind of operation?
