T800 parameter

Hi All;

Is there anyone willing to share an aerospace quality parameter for Metco 68F-NS-1 sprayed with the F4 plasma gun? I'm looking for a parameter with less than 180μin roughness and with HR15N in excess of 82 when sprayed from .009 - .013" total thickness.

I have tried METCO parameters, but the effect is not good.

Many years ago I must do process T800 qualification, and it was very hard to accomplish with GE SPEC F50TF45CLB specification with 68F NS-1, we try with other OEM powders like Pac 800, FST M-499 and CO111, and the result was better, some time OEM in order to win money, sell powders with too much fines, and you pay for powders that goes on the air instead to do a coating
