Suggest on coating bond strength tester
We need to test the coating bond strength, which might exceed 6000 psi. Please suggest me a good, easy to use tension bond strength tester. I contacted DFD Instruments for their AT101E/80kN tester, but the price is too high. I also contacted DeFelsko for their tester PosiTestAT-A, which is not expensive. But I do not know if it is good enough for testing our ceramic coatings. Please advise.[/size][/font]

I am also looking for a tensile tester but to test higher bond strength upto 13000PSI. Mind you the blank coupon with glue can have higher bond strength than most plasma sprayed coatings.

why not try Elcometer Pull Off Test ?? elcometer 106 ? up to 30 MPa...hope are of some helps..
