Stainless steel pipe coating

We rae working for a project related to Aviation fuel hydrant system where the pipe MOC is stainless steel pipe 304L A358.The client requirement is a coating is required for the SS pipe and moreover cathodic protection is also required.The coating should comply withe federal code FS L-C-530.Any one suggest me where I can get the these type of coating is possible .Atleast guide me where I can get the coating product.
