Seeking for Praxair -TAFA cored wires

I am seaking for TAFA MCX cored wire, the 96 MXC, but I have no information of their agents or sale departments in China, Singapore or Japan (which are nearest to my place).

I am also trying to contact their headquater but it is hopeless.

Could you plz tell me how to buy something from them? Especially in small amount.
