Sorry, my poor use of words sounded like I wanted you to move your thread. I meant that I have move it I think this forum is fine, unless I have misinterpreted a lack of surface engineering.

i wouldnt think it would be a issue to find you a copy either hard or soft copy should be avilable, you may just have to pay for the copy unless we can burn you a CD.
i will aslo send you a link that it may be ther already
