Preservation of Heritage
Dear All,
By God's grace, I inherit large nos of Bronze, Copper artifacts and utensils. Which are of my Great Grand Father's time. Off late I have observed that they are becoming tarnished. The Bronze items are becoming brittle.
I would like this forum to suggest ways to preserve them.
Regards
Vijay Deshpande

Sealed in an Argon atmospehere, like some of our national relics are. Coating them in a sealer would be cheaper. Consulting an art restoration and preservation person or forum.

RE: Preservation of Heritage
Hi Vijay

In many cases water is a key factor in corrosion. So storing in a sealed desiccated containers will go a long way to preserving your treasured artifacts from further degradation.
