Praxair 2086A-12 Plasma Extension

Hi all,
we have a used Praxair 2086A-12" 40KW Plasma Extension Gun.
The 2086A extension is based on the SG100 Plasma Spray Gun, with many of the Gun copmponents being lnterchangeable.

I just got a Miller plasma 3620,year 1995, never used, and the gun is missing. I´m looking for a SG-100 and a 2086 extension
.Let me know if you still have the extension available and wich components I´ll need to assembly the standart SG-100.
