Plasma energy control
How is the plasma energy controlled ?? Is it just the current?

thanks Smile

RE: Plasma energy control
Hi Intel55

The electric current is just a part of the parameter settings for controlling plasma energy. The choice of plasma gas composition and flow rate is probably more important, which determines the voltage across the plasma, which in turn determines the power (Amps X volts). Also plasma gas composition and flow will also have a large effect on velocity and heat transfer to the material being sprayed.
