Hi Sir,
Would you please , inform me what is the [/size]hardness limit of Metco Aluminum SF as a top coat over Metco 405 as a bond coat on Aluminum substrate?

Hi M.Naguib

Don't know of any specific hardness limits for SF Aluminium. The typical hardness of this coating as indicated in the technical bulletin is 95 HRh. An approximate conversion to a more practical Rockwell Superficial scale for testing coatings ~ 68 HR-15-T.
