LSM Coating on SOFC cathodes

Hi Gordon we are coating LSM on Cathode plates of SOFC and would liketo know the exact spray parameters for good deposit efficiency.
We are using Sulzer Metco MB Gun and would like to spray 50 microns on the plate. what would be the travers speed of the GUN.

For even to give a guess at spray parameters let alone exact spray parameters would require very much more information.

What is LSM? My guess "Lanthanum Strontium Manganate" powder
What is SOFC? My guess "Solid Oxide Fuel Cell"

We would need to properties of LSM powder and properties of the desired coating. Even then some spray and coating development would probably be necessary.

We would need to know details of the part being sprayed.

I would first try and get parameter information from LSM powder supplier or from the people that lay down the methods and specifications for manufacture of this SOFC.
