JP8000 vs DJ2600 system
Hi, dear all:

We intend to buy a new thermal spraying system. Could you anyone tell me which one is a better (JP8000 and DJ2600) HVOF system ? i.e., stucture, bonding strength for metallic coatings.

Thanks

regards
cheng

RE: JP8000 vs DJ2600 system
Is there any reason you would not consider an HVAF system? It will give you the same or better coating quality with a much lower operating cost. HVAF guns are air cooled, so there is no chilled water system to maintain. Additionally, HVAF gun parts last more than 10 times longer than HVOF gun parts.
