How to removal 45VFNS coating?

Hello everyone
how to removal 45VFNS coating after spraying, because some parts didn't fulfill the requirement of customer and should be re-coated again. We've tried blasting only to found out deflection of parts. The part substrate is Ni-based alloy with thickness of 0.5-0.8 mm and coating area is less than 9X15 mm. Is there any chemical method to removal this coating?
