Lightbulb How to make hollow ceramic pipe
We are supplier of thermal spraying for cermic coating.
and try to ceramic roll

To make a hollow ceramic pipe by water plasma spraying on steel pipe with 1300℃, then after cooling down, how can I pull out a ceramic portion only from steel pipe??

I do not know how to pull out a roll portion.
Please advise me if there is a good way (ex. kind of steel ? or paint some chemical solvent ? or sandwitch something on steel pipe?...)

Thank you for your attention

RE: How to make hollow ceramic pipe
I would suggest using a graphite pipe to apply ceramic then you can melt the graphite.

Shocked RE: How to make hollow ceramic pipe
Thank you very much for your suggestion.
To melt graphite, chemically by using solvent, or electrically by using
spark erosion??

RE: How to make hollow ceramic pipe
Hey Guys me Mark.Well i think that If you have access a kiln, you can create your own ceramic pipe. And also you can use it for tobacco. This is a hundreds of years old art and in some nations professional pipe creators still create these pipe joints by hand. Thanks!!
