Is there any method by which hot rolling mill rolls can be rehardened after hardened layer is over by wear and regrinding cycles.

Dear Gorden,
The MOC of roll is EN 31. Life achieved is about 270 days.
Customer is very keen to reharden this roll to gain more life.

Dear V.J. An old farts story (opinion):
Some decades ago the Australians made some tests on rehardening mill rolls. At that time even some positive reports where published.
Anyway, feeling that the load/stress is too much for TS-coatings, mainly because no satisfactory bond can be created on the hardened surface.
