I can only suggest trying one of the 'one part' epoxy adhesives that normally require oven curing in your case it won't need the oven.
Thanks. I had a recommendation for 3M Scotchweld 2214 which is a 1 part epoxy as you suggest. The user says it works ok, however, the glue has to be kept in a fridge (<3C) which makes it a lot of fun to use in a refinery in Asia - think remove from fridge, take (walking) to site, climb up scaffolding, set test dolly, climb back down scaffolding, walk back to fridge all in 35C / 80% humidity, wearing full PPE!
