Hi everyone.
I'm Newbe in this forum. since 2005. hahaha.. 1 month ago I got a Parts like below I Analyzed this and i got a results as below ![]() ![]() I never seen like this coatings. I Just guess slurry coating. But I don't have any idea about this. I wanna know what is this coatings, and is there any compay for this coatings? I hered this part used at glass panel move. If someone know about this coatings plz, someone Help Me !! | |||

The picture reminds me of carbide tips on a saw blade. ZrC is a common hard cermet refractory material. It is usually processed by sintering. A quick internet search turned up lots of information which one could use to develop spray parameters. It looks like the only way you will be able to spray the same material would be with a plasma gun.
