HVOF COATING ON GATE VALVES & BALL VALVES

Dear all members,

We MEC (Metallizing Equipment Co. Pvt. Ltd) has opened a job shop dedicated for HVOF coating & Grinding/Polishing of Gate Valves and Ball Valves. We are regularly doing these jobs as per API standards however to meet the huge production demands, we have set-up a shop exclusively for this application. We are also willing to manufacture the gates & Balls as a part of the complete process. All coating microstructures are being inspected from our inhouse SEM.

MEC is being known for good quality of the thermal spray systems and for special thermal spray jobs. To continue our good services, we have added this facility. We are doing these jobs for Indian as well as overseas customer. Hence if you are interested then please write to marketing@mecpl.ccom
