Free Mac software to record what is on my computer screen?

I am looking for some software to record what is on my computer screen, to enable me to make some video tutorials for my new email client. I use Mac. Is anything available?

For mac, Jing is a good choice if someday you need to do it in other OS Total Screen Recorder is a good one, simply and easy to use, no lag happens while working, especially good for making teaching tutorials.
