F4 nozzles 6 mm and 8 mm. Application differences
Hi everyone.

We usually use a 6 mm nozzle for F4. A nozzle with a diameter of 8 mm was obtained for the sample.

There was a question about using a nozzle with a diameter of 8 mm. For what applications is the 8mm nozzle in general? Maybe for some special materials? And in general, what are the features when using this nozzle? What is the application difference between 6 and 8 mm nozzles?

Grateful for any information.

RE: F4 nozzles 6 mm and 8 mm. Application differences
The larger the nozzle diameter, the lower the speed and the higher the temperature of the particles. Thus, the 8mm nozzle is more suitable for powders with a high melting point and large particle size.

Well Noted with thanks.
