F4-MB Nozzle clarification
Dear Members,

Is it possible to use "std" F-4MB nozzle in the place of Sulzer F4 - MB ( 7 mm ) "small " nozzle .If so any parameters to be changed for optimal spray.

I will be thankful if you could clarify my doubt.

Regards,

Ravi

You should not find important difference, but with a 6mm anode the plasma gas will have higher speed than with the 7mm, this will reduce the heat exchange with the powder, this is probably better for metals powder and less interesting for ceramic powders.
