Discontinuities on HVOF surface |

Hi All,
I need some help to understand the pictures attached, we observe a diagonal stacking pattern, some cracks and material not fused, but this pattern is present only in the second application. Sorry, The cracking in the 2nd and 3rd images appears to be what happens when either you hot mount with too much pressure (keep the pressure under 3000 psi) or grind with too much speed and pressure. The structure is a different issue.
