Hi...

I want to make a coating of Corundum or Aluminium oxide granules on stainless steel. Which process should be best for this in terms of cost & effeciency? The resulted product is Nail File and will be used to file nails. Can someone help me in that?

Hi,
Please check p280, of my book entitled "advanced thermally assisted surface engineering processes' for vapor phase deposition of saphire coating.
