Conversion problem
Hello
I'm currently trying convert some flow plasma gas from Metco FMR to NLPM. I look in web site calculator, but I have a small problem, one of flow to translate is Nitrogen and flow is avaible for Helium secondary plasma gas flow tube! Can I use the Nitrogen primary plasma gas flow correction calculator for this translation? Regards Olivier | |||
