Sorry Mamatha your question needs to be a lot more specific. I can only say that most thermal spray coatings can be applied to stainless steel 304 and the applications for these coatings are vast.

Pls. introduce yourself first . asking about a coating on SS-304 is such a question of asking what&where to write with a pen. you can write any matter on any paper. We can coat 'n' number of materials with all the available processes of thermal spray on SS-304.

First specify your concerned process (i.e. flame, arc, HVOF,plasma, cold and PTA) and type of application or required output of your research.

We will definitely provide required information after receicing basic inputs from you.
