Coating explodes.
Im coating thermowells with sf1m 1/8" per side on 304hss,spray and fuse using standard J3 Wallcomony gun.Been doing for 30 years.Any ideas

Sign0016 to the Surface Engineering Forum.

If you have been doing this successfully previously, something has obviously changed, maybe powder or process procedure. Try a different or fresh batch of powder or ideally a batch you have used before without problems, possibly a contamination problem or bad batch.
