Clogging problems with WC-Co Fine powders
Clogging problems when we spraying WC Co +10-38 Fine powders.

Hi everyone,

We have some cloging problems when we spraying WC Co +10-38 Fine powders.

What is the solution to this problem? Do we have to change the size of powders? or Do we have to change the oxy-fuel ratio for down to the heat?

Merry Christmas and Happy new year...

RE: Cloging
Hi Freind,

Where is cloging? Plastic hose or Spray Gun nozzle?

I have some experience for WOCA WC12Co -20micron fine powder with GTV K2 Gun and N2 6-7 l/min.

There is no any problem.

Maybe GTV gun has little smaller combustion chamber than other's.

I wish your successful result.

Simon

RE: Cloging
heat the powder up to 150F You can also pass it though a mesh since sometimes the powders ball up. Why do you spray fine powders with flame spray?
