Depending on your insistence on the material, a cold cured PTFE- mateial is available, as long as working temperature is belove ~~ < 70 C.

I have no experience with this company. I suggest you get them do some samples for you to evaluate.

Alternative company would be Alphatek Hyperformance Coatings Ltd, they can also do thermal spray/fluoropolymer combination coatings as well.

Hey, I think http://www.surface-eng.co.uk is the same company, they have changed their e-mail address. I was also wondering if anyone has experience with their PTFE injection mould coatings?
