Can stellite 6 fuse ???

Hi,
We have some thermowell and we want to coat it by diamalloy 4060 NS (similer to stellite 6)

We try to coat this powder with HVOF and 6P-II pfs system. But we dont like the bond strenght.

My questıon ıs can we fuse this powder ? And the 1100 C fusing tem is good enogh ?

Deloro supply spray and fuse Stellite -6 SF powder which will have slightly different chemical composition and particle size than regular stellite - 6 powder.

Kindly note that it is very tough task to carry fusing of Co base powders (Stellite) rather than Ni base powders. But, It can be fused, the operator who is going to fuse, should have very good skill to control fusing temperature.

I personally feel that the spray and fuse process of cobalt materials is very sensitive in thermal spray family.
