I'm pretty sure it's Cr3C2-WC coating

Probably its mistake but is there a powder contains cr3c2 with wc? Cr3C2 is with Ni mostly right?

I am familiar with CrC/NiCr, WC/Co, probably like you and most others. A google search brought up a WC/CrC/Ni coating, CT2250-2. No matches for "Diaglide" though.

Thanks Vadim. I cannot read the German though, google translated some of their page, but not that part. Is that a chemical process, i.e. plating or thermal spray?

This is not a process of thermal spraying. This is either galvanic (plating) or chemical nickel with submicron WC and Cr3C2 particles.
