Arc spray or HVOF for bearing of turbine generator shaft
Dears,
I compare between Arc-Spraying and HVOF to rebuild wear in the journal bearing areas of generator shaft of steam turbine
The shaft RPM is 3000
Operating temperature is 90c
Material is 42CrMo4
Hardness required is 37 HRC
