Arc Spray system
Dear all
I would like to know if someone else is having problem with Margarido's arc spray systems, because, I bought one about one year ago, and it do not work well since the beginning, after a week it was sent to the factory for malfunction, it has overheating problems and stop spraying every 10 minutes , every week was here the representative trying to repair it, I could not work at all, because now the motors bearing breakdown, I appreciate to know if there is someone else who had the same problem, and if if you have solved the malfunction, please told me what to do in order to repair it.
Thank you in advance

Hi Kev
You are wrong, this machine is made in Eu, exactly in Portugal, it is a very good product, but new bie in the Flame spray market, and they must correct some defective item, i only need to know if there is other facility who had the same problems, it is a good machine, but has overheating problems and the motor bearing break after about 300 spray hours.

RE: Arc Spray system
Obviously not that good a product if it keeps over heating and the Bearings have failed after only 300 Hours! what is the 1005 Duty Cycle rating of the Power Supply and at what Amps/Volts are you using? do you have problems with the wire sticking in the wire liners?

that meant to read 100% Duty Cycle

RE: Arc Spray system
Hi ....
The main problem as you say is that cables heat to much, I know very well arc spray systems, and I can desume, that the working volts and Amps are as manufatcturer indicates, and during the spray, when it run well there not any problem, I think, it's necessary an electrical test on the main electric power, with a Fluke 434 electric power analizer or similar , because I think that the problem could be with harmonic in the electric power, it could be that this kind of spray system do not work if there are noises in the electric net.
Best regards
Luigi
