Arc Spray Equipment
Hi All,
We are new on coating technologies and i need your recommendations about selecting an arc spray equipment that we will use for below applications;
for Engine Cylinder Block Top Deck Surface
for Crankshaft Main Bearing Saddle Area
for Main Bearing Cap
for Connecting Rod
for Exhaust Manifold (I.D. and O.D.)
for Wheel Loader Trunnion Support
for Wheel Loader-Wheel Bearing ID Bore
for TTT Sprocket Hub Bearing Bores
for Wheel Loader Spindles (OD)
for Transmission and Torque Converter Yokes
for Track Loader Pivot Shaft
etc...
Now we are negotiating with three companies which are Praxair (model 9935 or 8835) Sulzer (SmartArc) and FST (AWS400). We have understood that Sulzer and Praxair are the admiral of this business. However, FST is half price of them and they have very communicable engineers and they reall trust their products. Firstly we would like to buy hand controlled one and later we will convert it to robotic. I would like to know if it worth to pay double for the Sulzer and Praxair. and i will appreciate to hear your feedback and experience about FST product.
thx

Hi,
We work with SmartArc, AWS 400 and Tafa. I recommend you AWS 400.
