Hi Shantsnu,
To protect against the cold 35% HCl are suitable flame sprayed polymeric coatings (Teflon, polyethylene). For protection against the hot concentrated hydrochloric acid may be used silicate glass and glass-ceramic coating. Such silicate coatings can be applied by flame spraying or atmospheric plasma; after spraying it is necessary to melt a coating (800-1100°C) to obtain of dense layer.
