Thanks for your advise.
Two other questions
1. From your experience, does ventilation air flow play a VERY IMPORTANT role in coating quality? If yes, how important compare with other parameter setup?
2. Can you provid some info about YSZ colorful issue please? Say, why yellowish is preferable?
