Dear Rahman,
I think, adhesion measuring for this coating can be determined by a
scratch test.
This method describes testing the adhesive strength of ceramic
coatings by scratch adhesion testing assessed by microscopic
examination, acoustic emission analysis and tangential force
recording.
Try to find out more in standards: ASTM C1624-05 or ENV 1071-3:1994
(for Europe).
