A difficult one.
Try different spray angles to reduce amount of secondary spray
material directed towards fillet area.
Try modifying spray parameters to give a slightly cooler particle,
so as to give less particle splash on impact.
Change to a different powder grade, ideally one with a tighter
particle size distribution.
