contamination in TBC bond coat

Hi all,
I have a trouble of contaminations in HVOF sprayed TBC MCrAlY bond coat. Dark layers associated with porosity were observed in fillet area on turbine vanes. Gun is jetkot and powder is praxair. I am thinking it's caused by bounced off powders in the angle. But can't remove the fines. Any advices are appreicated.
